Q1: Is the output voltage of SAV-300W-S DC or AC? Is there any charge controller built-in the wind generator? If it needs to connect with one charge controller, where can I find a suitable one?
A: The output voltage of SAV-300W-S is 3 phase AC. There is not built-in charge controller in this generator; We are supplying hybrid charge controller (recommended for hybrid power LED street lighting or hybrid power small home power supply) or simple wind charge controller for your choice.
Q2: What thickness of pole would we use for SAV-300W-S and what would be the height approximately of the section that we would add on to your unit?
A: We recommend using 3mm thickness, 6m height guyed cable tower for SAV-300W-S. The tower height could be customized according to the real project requirement.
Q3: What thickness of electric cable is used for SAV-300W-S?
A: The cable used to connect SAV-300W-S and battery bank should be in accordance with the right table chart. Using a smaller cable than recommended will reduce the performance of the charging system.

Q4: How is your SAV-300W-S to realize the security protection during heavy winds?
A: There is an electromagnetic brake (by controller) to ensure the speed regulation and protection during high wind. The wind wheel of SAV-300W-S, with low start-up and cut-in wind speed, high aerodynamic efficiency, will go to speed-loss working status in strong wind, that helps to lower the possibility of “out of control”, which could damage the blades. Furthermore, the blades are made of high strength reinforced fiber glass, guaranteeing the blades won’t be damaged under extreme wind at 45m/s.
