Double cutters, double molds and double conductors in one machine, it can produce products with 2 lengths
1- The machine is specially designed for making ladies panty liner (pad) product
2- Air laid paper or cotton core can be used as absorbent material.
3- The surface material can be used non-woven fabric or aperture film.
4- The product size and embossing pattern can be changed by changing cutting tools and gear box.
5- Phase adjusting units are used in the key sections of the equipment, so it can be adjusted during production without stopping the machine.
6- Tri-folding packing type can be ordered by customer.
7- It can be equipped with PLC control system, touching screen according to customers` demand.
8- This machine has the features of high automation, compact structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance.

2.Dust free paper ultra-thin sanitary tomels can be made.
3.Full Pulp is spread through mould-wheel and wrapped and formed with liner of high wet stengtg paper.
4.Interrupted or adjustable spraying of S.A.P can be selected.
5.Independent packing with sealing device, which is easy to be torn out.
If requested, a-3-piece type solid shield apron and blue core piece or flow conducting short cut and dotting device can be supplied.

1. The main drive is achieved by connecting a NO.45 hardened and tempered steel shaft ,a universal joint clutch and a right angle gear box.
2.The components are driven by synchronous belt and gears.
3. The main pressing and cutting roller are driven by a universal joint clutch and it is esy to operate with the service life of cutting tools ensured.
