Composition of water treatment system: A complete set of water treatment system mainly includes 4 parts: raw water system, pretreatment system, host system and storage system.
1. Raw water system. If the pressure of raw water is not enough, raw water systemmust be configured. This system mainly includes raw water tank and raw water pump.
2. Pretreatment system. The purpose of pretreatment is removing some impurities to ensure the water quality. It is mainly divided into three parts: quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and dosing system (except for ulrafiltration system).
3. Host system. This is the key to the whole equipment, which consists of precision filter, high pressure pump, reverse osmosis system or ultrafiltration system.
4. Storage system. It is mainly used to store pure water or mineral water. Sometimes sterilizing equipment will be attached.
System components of water treatment system:
Typically the whole system contains pretreatment systems, reverse osmosis devices, post-treatment systems, cleaning systems, and electrical control systems.
Pretreatment system generally contains pumps, dosing devices, quartz sand filters, activated carbon filter, and precision filter and so on. Its main role is to reduce the raw water pollution index and residual chlorine in order to achieve the reverse osmosis water requirements. Device configuration of the pretreatment system should be based on the specific circumstances of raw water.
Reverse osmosis unit includes multi-stage high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane shell (pressure vessel), frame etc. Its main role is to remove impurities in the water.
Characteristics of water treatment system:
Tap water pump can improve the water supply pressure. Multi-media filter can remove the suspended solids and impurities in the water. Activated carbon filter can remove the residual chlorine, odor material and peculiar smell gas and improve the taste of the water. Precision filter further remove the impurities. Then hollow super filter gets rid of the impurities, colloid, phenol c compounds, chloride, bacteria and other harmful substances from the water and keep the good mineral substances in the water.
Application of water treatment system:
Drinking water: bottled mineral water, barreled mineral water, etc;
Industry water: wine, beverage, food, chemical industry, etc;
Water supply: residential, office, school, hotel and other qualitative water supply system
