Descriptions of rotary dryer:
Rotary Drum Dryer adopts the means of Drum marginal transmission, flange connection, direct heat transfer. It is the main equipment in compound fertilizer production, and used for drying granulated fertilizer or raw material. It can make full use of the energy and get best drying results.
The materials to be dried flows inside rotary dryer from a feeding chute, and pushed afterward by screw flight. The rotary dryer is intalled at 3-5 degree gardient. The dried materials moves to discharge side at itself gravity and the dryer rotation. When materials inside rotary dryer, it is lifted by lifting flight, so that it can touch the hot air sufficiently and evenly.

working principle of rotary dryer:
Rotary Drier mainly consists of drum cylinder ,lifter blade, transmission device, supportive device and sealing ring, etc.The heat sources of rotary dryer is from the combustion stove, and is adopts down-flow heating methods. When the materials enter into the body from the feeding device, it will be pushed back by the lifter board. As the rotary dryer is in an inclined position, the materials will be down to the lower end under the influence of gravity and rotation, but the raising board will be threw to the upper end for scattering. This procession makes the material well-distributed in the body, and then ensure the heat exchange with the heat wind. After repeated cycle with this proces, the moisture content will be dried.
