Flat-flex wire conveyor belt is designed to be C-shaped curved end loops, the pattern has advantages of not tangling during shipment, storage, or installation. Flat-flex wire conveyor belts have a light weight, single layer structure and positively driven by sprockets.

Aperture ratio: 70% - 85%.

Material: Flat-flex wire conveyor belts are made of stainless steel wire 304 316.

Wire diameter: varies from 0.9 mm to 3.2 mm.

Pitch: from 4 mm until 23mm.

Belt width: 200mm-3500mm.
