Stainless steel belt is designed to be C-shaped curved end loops, the pattern has advantages of not tangling during shipment, storage, or installation. Stainless steel belts have a light weight, single layer structure and positively driven by sprockets.
Aaperture ratio: 70% - 85%
Material: stainless steel belts are made of stainless steel wire 304 316
Wire diameter: varies from 0.9 mm to 3.2 mm.
Pitch: from 4 mm until 23mm
Belt width: from 10 cm until 3 metres.
We can make stainless steel belt as per clients' requirement. Stainless steel belts are finished with single loop commonly or double looped edges for special occasions.
Application: Stainless steel belt can be made for straight conveyors or for curved conveyors, frequently used in cooling, frying, baking, draying, heating, decorating, battering and packing machines for light products, especially usd in food industry such as, sancks, fish, pizzas, bread, pastry, candy, potato, biscuit, chocolate, nuts, fruit etc.
