The machine is applicable to automobile, motorcycle, electronics, aerospace, military industry, oil and other industries, could turn the conical surface, circular arc surface, end face of the rotary parts and could turn the various metric and inch threads, etc, with higher efficiency in bulk and high precision automatic processing. This machine adopts 45 degrees highest rigid integrated bed, large torque spindle, Taiwan linear guide way, this ensures the machine higher rigidity, higher precision and higher speed. Spindle center close to the operator makes loading and unloading workpieces more convenient.
(1) High rigid design of the structure of the machine tool bed because of casting, have bigger bearing section, therefore, have good rigidity and damping property, can ensure high precision machining.
(2) The high efficiency and low noise design machine tool main drive system adopts the wide area ac servo motor, with a high resolution spindle ring pulse encoder and spindle hydraulic brake device, which can realize high precision C axis dividing function and milling machining. To avoid the gear box drive chain cause the problem of noise.
(3) High speed, high rigid spindle front end with precision high-speed spindle bearing group, and by applying the appropriate prestressing force, with the best span support and box type spindle box, make main shaft with high rigid and high speed running ability.
(4) The high reliability of the tool machine configuration and location servo power knife tower, can complete turning outside of the drilling, milling and tapping composite processing, can complete workpiece back and complex space forms the parts processing, improve the parts processing process focus ability and machining precision.
(5) Fast, the precision of the machine tool driving system vertical and horizontal kinematic pair adopting ac servo motor drive, with ball screw and stick plastic slide guide vice, have good dynamic characteristics and the motion precision.
(6) Efficient automatic centralized lubrication system can ensure continuous and effective guide and ball screw lubrication.
(7) Cooling System and Automatic Chip Removal Device
Independent cooling system configuration big flow cooling pump for turning processing provide forced cooling. Independent automatic chip removal device, easy to use, and easy maintenance.
(8) Beautiful, Safe Protection Design
The machine appearance using industrial modeling change design, fully enclosed protection, unidirectional left pull in type sliding door, right console layout form, modeling is beautiful and easy and pleasant, fully embodies the man-machine function. Totally enclosed protection to avoid the cooling fluid leak, for the operator to provide safe and comfortable working environment.
