3-1 machine frame
Machine frame is steel welded box-shaped structure, with good bending rigidity.
3-2 top roll device
Top roll part mainly composed of main cylinder, beam, bearing base, top roll, upper support roll and so on. 1100Tons ,
Two main cylinders provide pressure 1100Tons to bend plate. Cylinders’ working pressure is 19.5MPa. Box-shaped beam structure welded with steel plate, good bending stiffness. 5 groups upper support rolls arranged under the beam prevent top roll having a big deflection in the load condition. The installation of double-row roller bearing double row self-aligning bearings to reduce friction resistance, the position on the roller by the roller bearing mounted on the side of
