1. It adopts extrusion blow molding craft structure, which is efficient and quick; 30:1 and 25:1 extrusion system and large die head are available to meet different requirements.
2. The clamping system adopts two tie bar type clamping device with gears and racks synchronously aligned;
3. Cylinder clamps mold by direct pressure;
4. The Extrusion blow molding machine adopts one-piece mold platen with X-shape pull arms to increase the bearing rigidity of mold platen; the bevel angle of pull arms is 45 degree, and the area for mold is large;
5. The extrusion system adopts frequency control of motor speed, and the amount of extrusion is large;
6. This kind of Bottle Extrusion blow molding machine adopts PLC programmable controller made by Panasonic of Japan, of which programs are optimized and all electric equipments adopt world-famous products.
7. This PC 5 gallon bottle Extrusion blow molding machine is specially designed to produce PC purified water barrels, and it can also applied to produce lampshade, bottle, pot, tank, barrel and many other blow molded products that are made of PC raw material.
