1) Introduction of E-series equipment
Cooperate with the hydraulic power system to realize low speed, high torque, tear, pulling and crushing which can deal with almost all kinds of materials
2) Main technical advantage:
Two-way asynchronous motor to driving the knife shaft which can rotate and crush in positive and negative two directions . Can increase efficiency and prevent the material blockage and winding;
Abrasiveness material such as concrete, sand, stones and metal fragments will directly falling from the space between comb plate, reducing the knife wear, extending the service life of the machine;
Low Rotate speed of Knife shaft and hydraulic driving technology provides a low noise, less dust, safe environmental protection work environment;
Overload automatic protection function effectively protect the knife shaft and drive unit from over loading or damage to the equipment when encounter material can not be shredded.
The working of the PLC control system conduct a comprehensive monitoring, including the operating temperature, the error report, the overload positive &negative rotation of knife shaft or encounter material can not be shredded.
