Introduction:
Refractories Complete Production Line consists of material charging system, materials convey system, materials storage system, batching system, mixing system and packing systems. The system flowchart is as following: charge materials manually, convey the raw materials to different raw materials storage tank through pneumatic convey system. Through controlling the screw conveyor and belt feeder under each raw materials silo, the main materials and auxiliary materials go to the batching system according to the set volume. And the batching tank transports the materials to the intermediate tank through pneumatic conveyor. After thorough mixing, the mixed materials go to the automatic packing machine and the packed materials go to the finished product warehouse.
Features:
1)Materials transmission adopts dense-phase pneumatic transmission. It is characterized in long transmission distance, one point to multi-points transmission, fast transmission speed and materials transmission in closed condition. It solves the problems of the traditional transmission device: space-consuming, high cost, long delivery time, and serious dust pollution. So dense-phase pneumatic transmission not only enhances the production efficiency greatly but also reduces the environmental pollution.
2)Batching system feed materials accurately through feeder with Inverter Control. It can track and compensate to reduce the error of material batching system. The main materials and auxiliary materials are measured by two batching system to ensure high batching precision and stable finished product.
3)The mixing system adopts high-efficient dual shafts blade Mixer. It is characterized in High mixing precision (Content passive error <2% ), Fast mixing speed (For mixing general powder, it only takes approx. 3 minutes.), low energy-consumption(It is 1/2 of the general mixer.). Its operation is reliable and stable.
4)The packing system adopts dual-action and multi-functional packing machine. It is applicable for 10-50KG small bags and also for T-bags. The adopted measuring control computer is designed by American new type single chip electric circuit. The adopted digital type measuring calibration is with high precision and good stability and it is widely used in international market. The computer process control coordinate with the mechanical action.
5)The control system adopts PLC automatic control, touch screen display. The whole system is characterized in: Stable system performance and easy operation, working process is clear and it can also connect to PC to record, print and load production data easily.
