Dry Mortar Complete Production Line
Introduction:
Dry Mortar Complete Production line consists of raw materials storage tank, batching screw, batching hopper with load cell, Material charging device with Bag-breaking function, ground bucket elevator, mixer, silo for finished products, packing machine, dust-collector and steel structure etc.. Together with components for controlling, air source system, control system to realize smart production. SIEHE company has provided production lines for ordinary mortar such as Masonry mortar, thermal insulation mortar etc. and special mortar such as Adhesive mortar, sealant mortar etc. , The production line is with stable performance and high production efficiency, capacity ranging from 2-50T/h.
Features:
The system can be divided into tower type, steel structure with pressure convey and simple type according to the required production capacity. The control method of the equipment can be mechanical manual operation or PLC automatic operation. Convey method of the equipment includes mechanical convey and pneumatic convey. And small bag packing, T-bag packing, bulk truck packing for the finished products. The whole system is with compact layout, fast batching, dynamic module with high accuracy. It is also with de-dusting system to ensure good working environment.
