Introduction:
Powder Blending Complete Production Line mainly consists raw materials storage, material feeding system, weight measurement, mixing system, dust extraction system, packing system, control system and platform. It is widely used for powder blending in industries such as pharmacy, food, pesticide, metallurgy, building materials, feedstuff, rubber etc..
Features:
1. The load cell is from international famous brand. High precision measurement, analog signal output to realize automatic control of the whole production line.
2. Various mixing equipment are optional such as Plough Mixer, Ribbon Mixer, Non-gravity Mixer, Conical Mixer etc. to meet the requirement of mixing different products.
3. Various materials feeding methods are optional such as Vacuum materials feeding, pneumatic convey, bucket elevator, screw convey, pipeline-chain convey etc.. Reasonable solutions for different products and different transmission distance.
