Hi , I have a question. In the past I bought a plate heat exchanger from your company in 2018 Nov. Now I have upgraded my brew system other than heat exchanger and the heat exchanger is too small to transfer wort enough fast to fermenter. I had an experience that I broke down the heat exchanger completely , and I found out that it is possible to add some plates. My heat exchanger has 2m2 heat exchanging area and it takes 90 mins to transfer wort from kettle to fermenter with 20℃. My question is , The plate , can I buy only plates? Dear reader, Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I am a brewer and technician at Brouwerij Troost in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are currently using equipment made by your company. I have been trying to find spare parts for the butterfly valves in our system, but I can not find the correct ones at any of my suppliers. Especially the silicone rubber valve seals are hard to find. Do you also supply spare parts? Could you please provide documentation about butterfly valves DN32, DN40, DN50 and DN65.
