The double stage four roller crusher is a professional super fine crushing equipment upgraded on the basis of traditional double roller crushing structure. Adopting two sets of roller groups for tandem double-stage crushing, the machine completes primary coarse fine crushing and secondary super fine shaping in one single pass. Key Features
Double-stage four-roller structure for super fine crushing: Different from single-stage roller crushers, this equipment adopts a two-stage tandem crushing structure with four rollers. The first roller group completes preliminary material crushing and particle shaping, while the second roller group performs deep super fine grinding and refining. The double-stage progressive crushing mode avoids excessive powder generation and uneven particle size, producing well-graded, ultra-fine and high-quality finished materials.
The machine inherits the advantages of flexible gap adjustment and stable operation of roller crushing equipment. The double-stage roller gaps can be adjusted independently, allowing flexible control of primary crushing and final super fine granularity. The heavy-duty integrated frame and wear-resistant roller structure ensure long-term stable continuous operation. Working Principle
Materials enter the first group of opposite rotating rollers for primary medium and fine crushing, realizing preliminary particle refinement. After initial processing, materials directly fall into the second group of roller gaps for secondary extrusion, shearing and fine grinding. Through progressive double-stage crushing, bulk raw materials are processed into uniform super fine finished particles. Independent gap adjustment of two stages supports flexible switching of various ultra-fine crushing standards.
