Main material
Base material:
Conventional working conditions use alloy structural steel and medium carbon alloy steel; Nickel chromium heat-resistant alloy steel is selected for high-temperature working conditions to ensure structural stability in high-temperature environments.
Surface strengthening material:
Prepare nickel tungsten ceramic alloy coatings containing tungsten, cobalt, chromium and other components through plasma cladding technology, or use laser cladding of iron-based and cobalt based alloy layers to enhance wear resistance and impact resistance.
Auxiliary component material:
The transmission shaft is made of high-strength alloy structural steel, and the connecting components are made of wear-resistant cast iron or stainless steel to ensure the overall transmission reliability.
