Channel Steel is a long‑shaped section steel with U‑groove cross‑section, composed of web and two flanges. Material & Grade
Channel Steel is rolled from carbon structural steel and low‑alloy high‑strength steel. Main grades of Channel Steel include Q235B, Q355B. Q235B has good plasticity for general structural support; Q355B owns higher strength for long‑span heavy‑load steel‑structure projects. Low‑temperature grades Q355C, Q355D are available for cold‑environment construction. Hot Rolled Channel Steel mainly adopts Q235B and Q355B with pure billet and balanced toughness.Ordinary Channel Steel mostly uses Q235B for general construction and machinery processing. For export orders, grades such as ASTM A36, A572 Gr50, JIS SS400 can be supplied to meet overseas project standards.
