3. Specification Parameters
Side dimension of Square Steel Tube: 20×20mm‑300×300mm; wall thickness:1.5‑14mm.Hot Rolled Square Steel Tube covers complete large‑wall‑thickness & large‑size specifications with high tube‑wall strength for heavy‑load structures. **Galvanized Square Steel Tube adopts base tube for hot‑dip galvanizing, dimension tolerance strictly complies with national standard, coating thickness 40‑120μm. Fixed length:5.8m, 6m, 9m, 11.8m, 12m; custom length, cutting, punching and beveling available; non‑standard Square Steel Tube can be custom‑manufactured.
4. Surface Treatment
‑ Black bare tube: original surface of Hot Rolled Square Steel Tube, low cost, for indoor workshops, equipment frames and indoor steel‑structures. ‑ Hot‑dip galvanized: Galvanized Square Steel Tube, anti‑rust & anti‑corrosion, salt‑spray resistant, for outdoor guardrails, photovoltaic supports and seaside projects. ‑ Square Steel Tube supports painting, sandblasting, derusting, punching, bending and welding processing. Both Hot Rolled Square Steel Tube and Galvanized Square Steel Tube support deep‑processing as required.
5. Main Applications
