1. Product Overview
Recreational water dedicated low concentration sodium hypochlorite generator is special mild disinfection equipment for human contact water environments such as swimming pools and hot springs. Recreational water is directly exposed to human skin; traditional chlorine tablets and commercial bleach easily cause excessive residual chlorine, skin itching and pungent odor, and stored disinfectants will decompose and lose efficacy. This equipment adopts low-dose constant electrolysis technology to continuously generate mild low-titer sodium hypochlorite solution, which quickly eliminates pathogenic bacteria, mold and algae in circulating water, keeps water clear and odorless, and fully complies with international swimming pool water health standards. The whole machine supports small and medium flow matching, optional wall-mounted and integrated skid-mounted structures, low noise operation, suitable for commercial resorts, community swimming pools, indoor constant-temperature hot spring halls and scenic artificial landscape water bodies.
2. Technical Principle
The system adopts food-grade dilute brine low-energy constant-current electrolysis process. Edible refined salt and softened clean water are automatically stirred and filtered to form 2.8% low-impurity dilute brine. The qualified brine flows into sanitary MMO titanium electrolytic cells, and stable low-voltage DC electrolysis produces 0.5%-0.8% low-concentration sodium hypochlorite. The fresh disinfectant is quantitatively injected into the circulating pipeline of pool water. Mild active chlorine destroys microbial cell walls to achieve sterilization and algae removal, and naturally decomposes rapidly in water without long-term residual stimulation to human body. The PLC control system is connected with online residual chlorine sensor, automatically increasing or reducing electrolysis power to stabilize residual chlorine between 0.3-1.0mg/L. Trace hydrogen generated by electrolysis is safely diluted and discharged through negative pressure closed pipeline to avoid gas accumulation in indoor equipment room.
