1. Product Overview
Galvanized Steel Pipe is anti-corrosion pipe made of high-quality carbon steel pipe through hot-dip galvanizing process, widely used for low-pressure fluid transmission and steel structure engineering. Galvanized Welded Pipe is the mainstream product in circulation. A zinc-iron alloy protective layer forms on both inner and outer surfaces of Hot Dip Galvanized Pipe, isolating water vapor and air to greatly enhance rust resistance. Different from electro-galvanized pipe with thin coating, Hot Dip Galvanized Pipe features strong coating adhesion and excellent weather resistance, suitable for humid indoor and open-air environments. Our standard supply is ERW welded Galvanized Steel Pipe, namely Galvanized Welded Pipe. Seamless substrate Galvanized Steel Pipe can be customized upon request.

Galvanizing TechnologyHot-dip Galvanizing (HDG): Pickling → Flux treatment → Immersion in molten zinc liquid at 440~460℃ → Cooling and passivationZinc coating thickness: 60μm ~ 120μm; zinc coating weight: 275~500g/㎡ with uniform coating inside and outside.Mass-produced Galvanized Welded Pipe adopts this hot-dip galvanizing process to guarantee stable anti-corrosion performance.

Inspection: Hydrostatic test for each pipe, weld inspection and zinc coating thickness test.
All delivered Galvanized Welded Pipe and Galvanized Steel Pipe undergo strict quality inspection.
4. Core Product Advantages
Excellent anti-corrosion performance: The metallurgically bonded zinc layer of Galvanized Steel Pipe is not easy to peel off, with service life reaching 20~30 years in open-air conditions. Mainstream Galvanized Welded Pipe also owns long-term anti-rust performance.
Stable mechanical properties: Tensile strength of substrate ≥375MPa, strong pressure resistance, impact resistance and deformation resistance.
Convenient installation: Multiple connection methods available including threaded connection, grooved connection, flange connection and welding, complete matching pipe fittings.
High cost performance: Galvanized Welded Pipe has low procurement cost with obvious price advantage compared with stainless steel pipe, requiring almost no anti-corrosion maintenance in later period.
Smooth inner wall, low fluid transportation resistance and less scaling.
Environmentally friendly passivation treatment without harmful substances. Galvanized Steel Pipe can be used for domestic water supply and fire water delivery.

Notice: Galvanized Steel Pipe and Galvanized Welded Pipe are not suitable for long-term transportation of strong acid and strong alkali medium.

Packing: Bundled with steel strips, plastic protective caps at pipe ends; export standard packing suitable for container loading
Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ): 5 tons; more favorable price for bulk order above 10 tons for regular stock specifications
Delivery Cycle: 3~7 days for stock goods; 10~20 working days for customized specifications
Transportation: Highway, railway (China-Europe Railway Express) and sea transportation available. Trade terms such as DAP/FOB/CIF are acceptable.
