Eco-Friendly Gold Processing Plant is a complete gold beneficiation production line designed to balance high gold recovery efficiency and environmental protection in mining operations.
The system focuses on optimizing three key areas: reagent usage, water recycling, and tailings management. It is suitable for processing placer gold, weathered rock gold, and some sulfide gold ores.
The production line is based on physical gravity separation technology, with an optional low-toxicity flotation system for enhanced recovery. It can be equipped with a closed-loop water recycling system and dry-stack tailings treatment unit.
The plant can be designed as either a fixed complete processing plant or a modular processing unit. It supports both new gold mining projects and green transformation upgrades of existing old processing plants.
The solution helps mines comply with strict environmental regulations and is especially suitable for gold projects located in environmentally sensitive areas, near residential communities, or close to water sources.
Working Principle
The plant uses gravity separation as the primary gold recovery method, relying on differences in mineral density to concentrate gold particles and reduce dependence on chemical reagents.
After crushing, grinding, classification, and desliming, the slurry enters multi-stage gravity separation equipment to recover coarse and medium-sized gold particles.
For fine-grained gold, a low-toxicity flotation system is used as an auxiliary recovery method, avoiding highly hazardous leaching chemicals such as cyanide.
Process water enters the closed-loop water recycling system, where it is settled, filtered, and reused, significantly reducing wastewater discharge.
Tailings are processed through filter pressing and dewatering, allowing dry stacking storage and reducing the risk of soil and water contamination caused by tailings pond leakage.
Through improvements in water management, reagent reduction, and tailings treatment, the plant minimizes the environmental impact of gold mining operations.
