2. Working Principle
The Mobile Gold CIP Plant Equipment applies scientific carbon-in-pulp gold extraction principle and mobile integrated design, realizing continuous, efficient and stable gold recovery for various gold ore resources with strong mobility and quick deployment. All equipment units are scientifically calibrated and designed with mobile structures, ensuring smooth material circulation, coordinated operation of all units and stable operational environment, avoiding efficiency attenuation caused by inconvenient movement and assembly. Raw gold ore is first sent to the mobile crushing & screening unit, where it is crushed into qualified coarse particles, then fed into the movable ball mill and classification closed-circuit grinding system to be refined into fine slurry with uniform particle size, fully meeting the requirements of subsequent cyanide leaching. The prepared fine ore slurry flows into the portable leaching tank group; with precise pH value control and continuous stirring, cyanide lixiviant fully reacts with ore particles to dissolve metallic gold into the slurry and form a stable soluble gold cyanide complex. After adequate leaching, the slurry enters the mobile CIP adsorption tank series, where activated carbon fully contacts with ore slurry and selectively adsorbs gold-cyanide complexes onto carbon surfaces to generate gold-loaded carbon. The mobile carbon circulation system ensures stable transfer of gold-loaded carbon and avoids carbon accumulation and blockage, with convenient disassembly and maintenance for each mobile unit. Barren slurry after adsorption undergoes professional harmless treatment before being discharged as tailings, minimizing gold loss. Gold-loaded carbon is conveyed to the movable desorption and electrolysis unit, where gold is stripped from activated carbon into desorption solution under controlled temperature and pressure, and high-purity gold mud is precipitated via electrolytic deposition. Subsequent smelting process turns gold mud into finished gold ingots in the mobile smelting module. Every mobile unit maintains synchronized material transport and stable process parameters, with scientific mobile design ensuring long-term stable and efficient operation. By adjusting process parameters, reagent dosage and carbon circulation frequency, the whole equipment set sustains stable gold recovery efficiency, minimizing gold loss in tailings and reducing comprehensive construction and operational costs.
