1. Product Description

This professional Gold CIP Plant with Activated Carbon System is a high-efficiency integrated gold extraction facility focusing on carbon-in-pulp gold adsorption, solving the problems of insufficient carbon adsorption capacity, unstable carbon circulation and low gold loading efficiency existing in conventional gold CIP plants. Gold mining enterprises and mineral processing projects demand a reliable gold CIP plant with a complete and efficient activated carbon system, ensuring full contact between activated carbon and ore slurry, stable adsorption of gold-cyanide complexes, and smooth carbon circulation and desorption, with strict requirements on carbon performance and system matching degree. Conventional gold CIP plants suffer from unreasonable activated carbon grading, poor carbon-slurry contact effect, unstable carbon circulation and insufficient desorption efficiency, which seriously reduce gold recovery rate, increase carbon consumption and affect long-term stable operation. This Gold CIP Plant with Activated Carbon System takes efficient carbon adsorption, stable carbon circulation, low carbon consumption and high gold recovery as core advantages, providing standardized and customized processing solutions for various gold ore resources. The complete plant comprises scientifically matched crushing & screening unit, high-efficiency ball mill and classification closed-circuit grinding system, professional cyanide leaching tank bank, optimized carbon-in-pulp adsorption tanks with complete activated carbon system, gold-loaded carbon desorption-electrolysis unit and smelting module, forming a fully balanced, closed-loop and efficient gold ore processing system. It can be deployed at various mining sites, completing the whole procedure from raw ore crushing and grinding to gold ingot production, and can be adjusted according to different ore properties and processing capacity requirements. Adopting proven CIP technology and optimized activated carbon system design, this integrated plant eliminates carbon-related defects of conventional CIP facilities, maintains stable leaching and adsorption environment, and provides a guaranteed, high-efficiency and integrated gold extraction solution for gold mining enterprises with professional processing demands.

2. Working Principle

The Gold CIP Plant with Activated Carbon System applies scientific cyanide leaching and optimized carbon-in-pulp adsorption principle, realizing continuous, efficient and stable gold recovery for various gold ore resources. All process links including leaching, adsorption, carbon circulation and desorption are scientifically calibrated and coordinated to ensure smooth material circulation and stable operational environment, avoiding efficiency attenuation caused by carbon system defects. Raw gold ore is first sent to the matched crushing & screening unit, where it is crushed into qualified coarse particles, then fed into the high-efficiency ball mill and classification closed-circuit grinding system to be refined into fine slurry with uniform particle size, fully meeting the requirements of subsequent cyanide leaching. The prepared fine ore slurry flows into the professional leaching tank group; with precise pH value control and continuous stirring, cyanide lixiviant fully reacts with ore particles to dissolve metallic gold into the slurry and form a stable soluble gold cyanide complex. After adequate leaching, the slurry enters the optimized CIP adsorption tank series equipped with a complete activated carbon system. The scientifically graded activated carbon fully contacts with ore slurry, selectively adsorbs gold-cyanide complexes onto carbon surfaces to generate gold-loaded carbon, and the carbon circulation system ensures stable and efficient carbon transfer. Barren slurry after adsorption undergoes professional harmless treatment before being discharged as tailings, meeting environmental protection standards. Gold-loaded carbon is conveyed to the professionally designed desorption and electrolysis unit, where gold is stripped from activated carbon into desorption solution under controlled temperature and pressure, and high-purity gold mud is precipitated via electrolytic deposition. Subsequent smelting process turns gold mud into finished gold ingots. Every processing section maintains synchronized material transport and stable process parameters, with scientific design of the activated carbon system to ensure long-term stable and efficient adsorption performance. By adjusting leaching parameters, carbon dosage, carbon circulation frequency and desorption conditions, the whole plant sustains stable leaching and adsorption efficiency, minimizing gold loss in tailings and reducing carbon consumption. Finally, high-quality gold products are continuously produced, achieving integrated, high-efficiency and stable gold beneficiation with this professional gold CIP plant equipped with a complete activated carbon system.
