Product Overview

We supply ASTM standard carbon steel G10150, G10180, G10200, G10220, G10250. Main products are hot rolled/cold drawn round bars and steel plates with stable chemical composition.

Grade performance introduction

G10150: Ultra-low carbon steel with excellent ductility, suitable for deep drawing, welding and carburizing thin workpieces.

G10180: Most versatile low carbon steel, balanced formability and surface hardness for standard machined parts.

G10200: Common carburizing steel, widely applied in small shafts, pins, sleeves and ordinary mechanical structural parts.

G10220: Moderate carbon content, better strength than 1020 for medium-load mechanical accessories.

G10250: Higher carbon grade, higher strength after normalization, fit for parts needing slight wear resistance.

Processing & quality control

Support cutting, cold drawing, hot forging, carburizing quenching and surface finishing. Strict inspection is carried out with complete MTC reports for customer checking.

Main application fields

Export packaging
