We provide ASTM manganese alloy steel G13400, H13400, G13450, H13450. Main goods cover hot rolled plates, hot rolled bars and precision cold drawn bars with stable chemical composition and homogeneous metallographic structure.

Grade performance features

G13400: Medium manganese alloy steel, fine machinability, fit for conventional quenched-tempered mechanical parts under medium load.

H13400: Hot rolling optimized grade of 1340 steel, fewer internal defects, suitable for hot forging blank processing.

G13450: Higher manganese & carbon composition, superior wear resistance after thermal refining, the mainstream grade of 13 series manganese steel.

H13450: High-quality hot rolled base material, stable forging performance for mass production of heavy-duty forged workpieces.

Processing & quality control

Support cutting, cold drawing, hot forging, quenching & tempering heat treatment and precision machining. Full-range batch inspection is conducted with complete test reports for customer audit.

Main application fields
