Product Overview
We supply ASTM carbon steel G10400, G10450 and hot rolled H10450. Products cover hot rolled plates, hot rolled bars and cold finished bars with stable chemical composition and consistent mechanical performance.
Grade performance features
G10400: Moderate carbon content, good machinability, applied to ordinary shafts and structural parts after thermal refining.
G10450: Universal medium carbon steel, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties for most quenched-tempered mechanical workpieces.
H10450: Hot rolled optimized 1045 steel with low inclusion, stable high-temperature plasticity suitable for hot forging forming.
Processing & quality control
Support cutting, cold drawing, hot forging, quenching & tempering and precision machining. Strict raw material and finished product inspection with complete test reports for customer review.
Main application fields
Motor shafts, gear blanks, pump bodies, automobile crankshaft accessories, high-strength bolts and general heavy-load mechanical fittings.
Export packaging
Wrap steel with rust-proof waterproof paper and bundled by steel strips. Precision cold drawn bars are sealed in plywood boxes to prevent scratch, collision and rust during ocean transportation.
