Application Scope: Circulation filtration during anti-wear hydraulic oil filling; Impurity removal and purification of transformer oil; Purification and filtration of capacitor oil; On-line circulation of gear oil; Filling and transfer of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil; Automotive engine oil filtration and waste oil regeneration.
Working Principle：
This oil purifier is equipped with a motor-driven special gear pump, featuring low noise, strong self-priming capacity and stable operation.
A coarse filter installed before the pump protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.
Dual-stage filtration consisting of a primary pre-filter and a secondary fine filter is adopted after the pump for higher filtration efficiency. An overflow protection device is fitted to effectively ensure the safety of the hydraulic system.
A comprehensive motor protection device is configured to prevent motor damage caused by overload.
The fine filter housing features a quick-open structure. The top cover can be opened rapidly without any tools for easy filter element replacement.
A pressure gauge is mounted on the panel to continuously indicate the system operating status and the contamination degree of the filter element during operation.
Fine filter elements with different precision grades are optional to meet diverse customer requirements. Differential pressure alarm and other functions can also be configured as needed.
