Application Scope: Circulation filtration for anti-wear hydraulic oil filling, impurity removal and purification of transformer oil, filtration and purification of capacitor oil, on-line circulation of gear oil, filling or transfer of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, filtration of automobile engine oil, waste oil regeneration and more.
Brief Introduction：
The high-efficiency oil filter trolley adopts innovative filter elements to perform ultra-fine filtration of solid particulate contaminants for various liquid media under diverse working conditions. Features: Fast and efficient removal of solid contaminants (βₓ=1000). The filter element is manufactured from fibers and resins via proprietary technology with stable pore structure, and no medium shedding occurs. Trapped contaminant particles will not re-enter the fluid due to pressure differential and flow pulsation.
It adopts a gradient pore structure with pores gradually shrinking along the flow direction from outside to inside. Particles of different sizes are intercepted in layers to achieve depth dirt holding capacity, which greatly extends service life. The outer spiral winding structure and reinforced supports ensure stable effective filtration area.
The new-generation PFC series oil filter trolley is newly redesigned. While retaining the core advantages of the original model, it features optimized structural strength and layout with additional functions, significantly improving operational safety and practicality.
Functions of the new PFC series oil filter trolley: Phase loss and phase sequence protection prevents motor reverse rotation or phase-loss operation to protect the oil pump and filter elements. Audible and visual alarm reminds operators to replace filter cartridges. The suction-side strainer protects the oil pump and prolongs filter service life. The outlet diffuser controls flow direction and velocity to avoid vortex and air entrainment into the oil tank. Universal front casters enable flexible and lightweight movement. The oil collecting tray and hose fixing fixtures reduce potential on-site oil spill pollution.
The PFC series high-efficiency oil filter trolley is applicable to various lubricants including mineral oil, water-glycol, emulsion and high-water-based fluids. It can also filter corrosive media such as phosphate ester fire-resistant hydraulic oil.
This unit can be used for system oil filling and bypass circulation filtration of system oil tanks.
