Product Overview
We supply 436, 442 and 446 high-chromium ferritic stainless steel. Main product forms are steel plate, steel strip and round bar with stable chemical composition and consistent metallurgical structure.
Grade performance introduction
436: Molybdenum added high-chromium steel, improved moisture corrosion and high-temperature anti-rust performance, widely used in automotive exhaust pipelines.
442: Medium-high chromium grade with excellent oxidation resistance below 900℃ for conventional high-temperature structural parts.
446: Ultra-high chromium ferritic stainless steel, resistant to oxidation up to 1100℃, applied to harsh high-temperature furnace components.
Processing & quality control
Support slitting, cutting, stamping and surface treatment services. Strict factory inspection is implemented with complete test documents for customer verification.
Main application fields
Automotive exhaust system parts, industrial furnace brackets, high-temperature heat treatment fixtures, boiler low-heat components and high-temperature anti-oxidation structural parts.
Export packaging
Wrap products with rust-proof paper and waterproof film and fasten with steel strips. Thin strips and precision plates are packed in plywood cases to prevent scratches, collision deformation and rust during long-distance sea transportation.
