Product Overview
We supply 440A, 440B, 440C high-carbon martensitic stainless steel. Main products include round bars, steel plates and forged blanks with stable chemical composition and uniform metallographic structure.
Grade performance features
440A: Lowest carbon of the three grades, balanced hardness and toughness for general wear-resistant parts.
440B: Medium carbon content with improved hardness and wear resistance compared to 440A.
440C: Highest carbon grade, reaches maximum hardness after heat treatment, the most widely used grade in the 440 series.
Processing and quality assurance
Support cutting, forging, quenching-tempering heat treatment and surface grinding processing. Strict batch detection is performed with complete test reports for customers' verification.
Main application fields
Stainless steel bearings, precision gauges, pump valve cores, surgical cutters, mechanical nozzles and high-wear mold accessories.
Export packaging
Wrap products with anti-rust paper and waterproof film and fasten with steel strips. Precision bars and finished forgings are packed in plywood cases to avoid collision, scratches and rust during long-distance sea transportation.
