Common name: Super abrasion-resistant carbon black
1. Physical and chemical properties: This product is a widely used high-reinforcement furnace carbon black with a relatively high structure. Its abrasion resistance is between that of super abrasion-resistant and high abrasion-resistant carbon blacks. 2. Uses: It is used for the tread rubber of heavy-duty tires, passenger car tires, etc., and rubber products that require high strength and high abrasion resistance, such as high-strength conveyor belts and industrial rubber products. 3. Usage and Application: This product is suitable for various rubber products. Compared with N330, the wear resistance of the rubber compound containing N220 carbon black is 10%-20% higher. It can endow the rubber compound with higher tensile strength and has certain electrical conductivity, but the heat generation and hardness are relatively high. |
