I. Structure of the small Chinese medicine extraction tank: This extraction equipment includes the extraction tank body, with a flange edge formed on the outer wall of the lower part of the extraction tank body; a slag door locking mechanism, installed on the outer wall of the extraction tank body; a slag door lifting mechanism, installed on the outer wall of the extraction tank body; a slag door and a slag door frame, the slag door is hinged to the slag door frame, and a liquid outlet hole is opened on the slag door; a filter screen and a perforated plate, the filter screen is stacked on the perforated plate; a slag scraping device, installed on the top of the extraction tank body; a sealing ring, located between the slag door and the flange edge.
The characteristics of this structure are as follows: A sealing ring groove is formed on the side of the flange edge facing the slag door. A door-shaped air passage is opened on the flange edge. The sealing ring is embedded in the sealing ring groove. A sealing flange is formed on the side of the slag door facing the flange edge, and the sealing flange is matched with the sealing flange cavity; the longitudinal cross - sectional shapes of both the filter screen and the perforated plate are W - shaped. It has good sealing effect, energy - saving; it can improve the cleaning efficiency and has the advantage of being not easily blocked.
II. Working Principle of the Small Chinese Medicine Extraction Tank
1. Water extraction: Put water and Chinese medicine into the extraction tank, and start to supply heat to the interlayer. After the liquid in the tank boils, reduce the heat supply to keep the liquid boiling in the tank. The maintenance time depends on the extraction pharmacological process. If it is a closed extraction, supply cooling water to cool the steam back into the extraction tank to maintain the circulation and temperature.
2. Alcohol extraction: First, add medicine and alcohol into the tank and keep it air - tight. Supply steam to the interlayer as a heat source. Open the cooling water. When the temperature in the tank reaches the required level, reduce the heat supply. Let the rising vaporized alcohol become liquid alcohol through the condenser and then flow back. To improve the efficiency, a pump can be used for forced circulation. Let the liquid medicine be sucked out from the lower part of the tank by the pump and then return to the tank from the upper inlet of the tank to eliminate local channeling.
3. Oil extraction: First, add traditional Chinese medicine containing volatile oil and water into the extraction tank. Open the circulation valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass return valve. Open the supply heat source valve. When the volatile temperature is reached, turn on the cooling water for cooling. The cooled liquid medicine should be kept at a certain height in the separator for separation, and then the two oil-water separators should be used alternately.
4. Oil essence recovery: Add alcohol into the tank, turn on the steam and cooling water, and then open the recovery valve.
III. Characteristics of small traditional Chinese medicine extraction tanks
1. The part of the extraction tank body in contact with the materials is entirely made of stainless steel 304/316L, which has good corrosion resistance and fully meets the GMP standards.
2. High equipment utilization efficiency: This equipment is the latest ultra-small extraction and concentration tank developed by Nanjing Hongshun Technology Co., Ltd. On the basis of the original single extraction, the product structure is optimized, and the small concentration equipment is integrated into this equipment, enabling the extraction and concentration to be completed in one step, which greatly saves raw materials and working time. The working efficiency is 10% - 15% higher than that of general multi-functional tanks.
3. High raw material conversion rate: During the extraction process, the hot solvent is continuously added to the medicine surface and continuously dissolves the effective components in the medicinal materials through the medicinal material layer from top to bottom. The effective components in the ointment are increased by more than 1 time.
4. The equipment has a compact structure and a small floor area. The actual floor area is about 1.5M2.
5. High extraction and concentration efficiency. Once the materials are added, they are recycled in the closed equipment. The effective components in the raw materials can be continuously extracted. Therefore, this equipment can save more than 30% of raw materials under the same extraction volume. Since the steam in the concentration process is reused for the second time, the energy consumption of the equipment can be saved by about 50%.
