The Smart Vortex Flow Meter is a flow measurement instrument based on the “Karman vortex street” principle.
and integrates a microprocessor to achieve intelligent functionality.With its high versatility and cost-effectiveness, it is widely used inprocess flow monitoring across industries such as thermal power plants,heating systems, water treatment, gas metering, flue gas emission monitoring,as well as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power sectors.

Liquid measurement accuracy reaches ±1.0% R, while gas and vapor accuracy reaches ±1.5% R;
Real-time acquisition of medium temperature and pressure data, with algorithmic error correction for precise output of standard volume flow or mass flow;
No mechanical moving parts, ensuring wear resistance, extended service life, and low maintenance costs;
Standard 4-20mA current signal and pulse output; supports RS485 (Modbus) and HART communication protocols for seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial controls for remote monitoring and configuration;
Wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 400°C) and pressure rating up to PN63, suitable for demanding conditions;
Supports on-site button configuration for parameters like medium density and instrument coefficients, with real-time flow data displayed on the LCD screen;
Features cumulative flow reset and small signal cut-off functions; models powered by lithium batteries can operate continuously for over one year;
Maximum pressure rating of 25MPa; employs shock-resistant sensor technology for stable operation in environments with vibrations ≤ 1g;Main body constructed from corrosion-resistant materials like SUS304 or 316L;
