Thermocouple and RTD temperature transmitters employ a two-wire transmission method to convert thermocouple and RTD signals into a 4-20mA output signal that is linear with the input signal or temperature signal.
The transmitter can be installed within the junction box of the thermocouple or RTD, forming an integrated structure. As a new generation of temperature measurement instruments, it finds extensive application across industrial sectors including metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, power generation, light industry, textiles, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and scientific research.

Featuring a silicone rubber seal structure, it offers shock resistance, moisture resistance, and suitability for installation in harsh field environments.
Field-mounted within the junction box of thermocouples or RTDs, it directly outputs 4–20mA. This eliminates the need for costly compensation cables while enhancing signal immunity to interference during long-distance transmission.
The transmitter features an open-circuit indication at the input end. The thermocouple temperature transmitter incorporates automatic cold junction compensation.
High accuracy, low power consumption, wide operating temperature range, and stable, reliable performance.
Versatile application: Can be integrated with thermocouples or RTDs for on-site installation, or installed as a functional module within detection equipment.
