The pressure transmitter utilizes an imported high-performance diffused silicon pressure sensor,paired with a low-power dedicated amplification circuit to convert sensor signals into standard signals. It undergoes computer-automated testing and wide-range temperature compensation via advanced laser trimming technology. The entire product undergoes rigorous testing and aging screening of components and semi-finished products, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It is widely applied in aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgy, power generation, and mechanical equipment industries for process pressure measurement and control.
This series features an all-stainless-steel construction design, available in flush diaphragm, sanitary, and corrosion-resistant configurations. Multiple pressure interfaces and output signals are selectable, with field-adjustable calibration and display capabilities. It meets IP65 protection rating standards. The transmitter incorporates reverse polarity protection and instantaneous overcurrent/overvoltage protection, complying with EMC electrical protection requirements.

Built-in multi-point temperature compensation algorithm maintains measurement accuracy within ±0.1% FS over -40°C to 85°C environments, with overload resistance up to 3 times rated pressure;
Self-diagnostic function automatically detects and alarms for sensor disconnection, overrange, and other anomalies; includes data power-off protection;
High precision, fully stainless steel construction with measurement accuracy of ±0.1%FS;
Supports 4-20mA analog signal and RS485 digital signal output, compatible with HART 7.0 protocol. Seamlessly integrates with PLC, DCS systems, and industrial internet platforms for remote configuration and monitoring;
Customizable measurement range from 0 to 100 MPa, supporting gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and differential pressure measurement types to accommodate diverse operational conditions.
