A: Yes, the double clearance and tax-included service covers export customs declaration, import customs clearance, tariffs, value-added tax, ocean/land freight, and delivery fees within Vietnam. However, please note that if additional inspection fees are incurred due to incorrect documents submitted by the customer or special attributes of the goods, it needs to be negotiated separately. -
Q: How are the size and weight of large-scale goods calculated?
A: We usually accept goods with a single-piece weight within 20 tons and a length within 17.5 meters. If the goods exceed this range, a special transportation plan can be applied for, but it is necessary to make an appointment 3 working days in advance and evaluate the feasibility of the route. The fees may be adjusted. -
Q: Is the transportation time affected by holidays?
A: During the legal holidays of China and Vietnam (such as the Spring Festival and National Day), the customs clearance efficiency at the ports will decline. It is recommended to avoid the peak period. The normal transportation time is 5 - 7 working days, and it may be extended to 10 - 12 working days before and after holidays. We will notify the customers in advance. -
Q: How to handle damaged or lost goods?
A: We recommend that customers purchase insurance (0.3% of the goods' value). In case of an insurance claim, we will assist in the claim process. If no insurance is purchased, we will compensate 3 times the freight (with a maximum of 2000 RMB). We will carefully pack the goods throughout the process to reduce risks. -
Q: What documents are required?
A: The basic documents include commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (if applicable), and contracts. For special goods such as chemicals and lithium batteries, MSDS and transportation appraisal reports are required. We can assist in handling some of the documents. -
Q: Do you have warehouses in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam? How long can the goods be stored temporarily?
A: We have cooperative warehouses in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, which can provide 3 days of free temporary storage. After the free period, a fee of 0.5 RMB per cubic meter per day will be charged. Value-added services such as unpacking, sorting, and labeling are supported. -
Q: Is the customs inspection rate high? What should I do if my goods are inspected?
A: Our customs clearance team is familiar with the customs policies of China and Vietnam. We control the inspection rate below 5% through accurate declaration.
