Shanghai Guangbin Bearing Factory produces SF-1 open rolled sliding bearings 1220 in Shanghai. The oil-free bearing rolled bush is designed to meet the hardness requirements of bearings. Different thicknesses of low-carbon steel or stainless steel are used as the substrate. A spherical porous copper powder layer is sintered in the middle, and a wear-resistant lubricating material mainly composed of PTFE is rolled on the surface as the working layer of the bearing. This material has excellent mechanical bearing capacity. The middle copper powder layer can not only transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing in time, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate. In order to prevent the bush surface from rusting and seizing, electroplating treatment is carried out, usually by copper plating, tin plating, or zinc plating. Precautions for using the bush:
