Product Introduction:
JFB flanged copper-based inlaid solid lubricating bearings are made of high-strength brass. High-strength brass has strong wear resistance, high strength, high hardness, strong chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent machining performance. It also has good plasticity and can withstand hot and cold processing. It is a high-performance solid lubricating product inlaid with high-purity graphite or MoS2 solid lubricant. It breaks through the limitation of general bearings relying on oil film lubrication. During use, through frictional heat, the solid lubricant rubs against the shaft, forming an excellent lubrication condition with both oil and powder. It not only protects the shaft from wear but also makes the solid lubrication characteristics permanent. Its hardness is twice that of ordinary copper sleeves, and its wear resistance is also twice as high.
