Superior Corrosion Resistance: The tank body is made of high-quality FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) with a resin-rich inner layer, effectively withstanding a wide range of acids (e.g., sulfuric, hydrochloric), alkalis (e.g., sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide), and other corrosive chemicals. Custom resin formulations (such as vinyl ester, epoxy, or polyester) are available for specific media.
Lightweight yet High Strength: FRP tanks are approximately 1/4 the weight of steel tanks but offer comparable or even better tensile and impact strength, reducing foundation load and transportation costs.
Full Customization: We offer complete freedom in dimensions (height, diameter), capacity (from 500L to 50,000L or more), wall thickness, color, and fittings (inlet/outlet, manhole, vent, level gauge, ladder, etc.). Drawings and designs can be provided based on your site conditions.
Excellent UV Resistance: The outer layer contains UV stabilizers to prevent degradation from sunlight, ensuring long-term outdoor use without discoloration or loss of mechanical properties.
Integrated Manufacturing Process: Adopting computer-controlled filament winding technology, the tank wall is built layer by layer, guaranteeing uniform thickness, no seams, and high structural integrity. Each tank undergoes a hydrostatic test before shipment.
Low Maintenance: Unlike steel tanks, FRP does not rust, rot, or corrode. The smooth inner surface reduces scaling and biofilm growth, making cleaning and inspection simple.
Environmentally Friendly: FRP is inert and non-toxic, safe for chemical containment, and can be fabricated with a secondary containment or leak detection system upon request.
