Product Overview
This Low Voltage Low Smoke Zero Halogen Fire Resistant Armoured Cable (LV LSZH FR Armoured Cable) is a safety-grade power distribution cable specially developed for fire-critical and public construction projects, rated at 0.6/1kV for low-voltage power transmission and fixed wiring installation. Equipped with fire-resistant mica tape, XLPE insulation, steel tape/steel wire armour and LSZH outer sheath, it integrates fire resistance, low-smoke non-toxicity, mechanical anti-damage and environmental protection, widely used in emergency power supply systems that require continuous power supply during fire accidents.
Detailed Internal Structure (From Inner to Outer)
Conductor: High-purity stranded copper conductor (Class 1/2/5 available), excellent conductivity, low resistance, stable power transmission.
Fire Resistant Mica Tape Wrapping: Core fire-resistant layer, forms an insulating protective layer under 950℃ open flame, maintains circuit integrity for 90–180 minutes to guarantee emergency power supply.
XLPE Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulation: Long-term operating temperature 90℃, short-circuit withstand temperature up to 250℃, anti-aging, moisture-proof and insulating performance stable.
LSZH Filler & Binder: Environment-friendly halogen-free filling material to keep cable round and compact, buffer external extrusion force.
Inner LSZH Sheath: Isolates insulation layer and armour, prevents friction damage.
Armour Layer (Two Optional Types):
STA (Steel Tape Armoured): Double steel tape spiral wrapping, compression & impact resistant, ideal for cable trench, concrete pipe laying.
SWA (Steel Wire Armoured): Galvanized steel wire armour, superior tensile resistance, suitable for direct underground burial and long-distance overhead laying.
Outer LSZH Sheath: Ultraviolet-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid & alkali resistant; emits extremely thin smoke and zero corrosive halogen toxic gas when burning, avoids personnel poisoning and equipment corrosionCorning In....
