Servo motor test system (electric dynamometer)
Servo motors are more and more widely used in all walks of life, and servo motors must ensure product performance and product quality in product development and factory testing, so it is particularly important to conduct strict testing and analysis of the performance of the motor. According to the performance test part of the national standard GB/T 30549-2014 "General Technical Conditions for Permanent Magnet AC Servo Motors" and with reference to other national standard requirements and various servo motor test standards, the servo motor test purpose, test steps and test methods are tested for type verification.
The servo motor test system adopts a modular, integrated design, and the operation part is ergonomically designed, and can complete manual/automatic mode control. It is composed of three parts: mechanical system, electrical system and host computer software system.
●Mechanical system: cast iron platform, loading system, quick clamping system, shafting connection part and other equipment.
●Electrical system: driving power supply (voltage regulator, controller, etc.) loading control, sensor (torque, speed, current, voltage, vibration, temperature) real-time data acquisition equipment, data acquisition, current sensor acquisition, electrical parameter measurement equipment, alarm system and other equipment.
●Software system: The upper computer test software is divided into data acquisition communication module, data acquisition setting module, data real-time exchange control module, and data processing module. The host computer completes the functions of test control, data analysis and display, data recording and export according to the test items.Trial Items: Insulation resistance test, no-load test, locked-rotor test, temperature rise test, load test (efficiency, power factor, and slip rate measurement), maximum torque test, short-time overload torque measurement, overspeed test, etc.

●Rotational speed measurement accuracy: ±1rpm;
●Torque measurement accuracy: ±0.05%F.S.

1. Functional modularization All benches are built with functional modularization, and the test system is concentrated in the form of module combination, and customers can add or decrease test modules according to the different test objects.
2. Advanced measurement means The advanced real-time measurement and control system is adopted, including input electrical parameter test, speed and torque test, etc., and the torque speed sampling rate is as high as 1000Hz, which meets the requirements of high precision and fast response of the test system, and provides transient data and eigenvalue data, which is convenient for the software to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the test process data in the later stage.
3. Complete test items According to the test requirements stipulated in the national standard, the test items can be increased or decreased according to the configuration module, which can meet the test items of various types of tests

Motor load The asynchronous motor/permanent magnet motor is used as the load of the tested motor, which changes the traditional load mode, improves the dynamic measurement range and accuracy of the torque and speed of the system, improves the loading performance (forward/reverse, reverse drag), shortens the response time of loading, realizes the loading of arbitrary load curve, and highly simulates the real-time operating conditions of the motor/drive.
5. Humanized design adopts a professional motor test bench, the fixture has a three-dimensional adjustment function, and is convenient for loading and unloading and coaxiality adjustment, which can adapt to the installation of the tested motor of any shape.
6. Customized test software The motor test system software developed by the software R&D team of Changniu Technology classifies the software interface and process according to the test items required by the national standard, reduces repeated tests, and greatly improves the work efficiency of testers. It also has the functions of real-time curve drawing, transient value capture, trend curve drawing and analysis, multi-parameter combination display, qualified judgment, report export and so on.
