Explosion-Proof & Stable Power Supply Design
The CJG10 methane detector carries an official explosion-proof mark Exib I Mb, meeting the intrinsically safe standard for mining equipment. It can work safely in underground environments filled with flammable and explosive mixed methane gas without triggering combustion or explosion risks. Its built-in light source adopts a 2.5V/0.3A special bulb, which provides uniform and stable light for optical interference imaging, guaranteeing clear fringe observation even in dim mine tunnels. The device is powered by two 1.5V R20 zinc-manganese batteries, featuring stable power output and long continuous working time for all-day underground patrol detection. The overall structure is solid and shock-resistant, adapting to bumpy transportation and frequent on-site carrying in mining working faces.
Portable Structure & Complete Standard Configuration
The detector boasts a compact overall dimension of 218×123×65mm with a total weight of only 1.8kg, light enough for long-time handheld operation by inspectors without causing extra fatigue. Every finished product is delivered with a full set of standard supporting accessories to support immediate use after delivery, including the main detector body, wear-resistant leather protective cover, air balloon set, absorption tube assembly, spare light bulb, 1500mm long rubber sampling hose and matched batteries. The leather case effectively protects the host from collision, dust and moisture during carrying and storage, extending the service life of the instrument.
Application Scenarios
Mainly applied to underground coal mine tunnels, mining working faces, goafs and ventilation roadways, the CJG10 optical interference methane detector is used for routine methane concentration patrol inspection, hidden danger investigation and gas safety assessment. It is suitable for mine ventilation teams, safety supervision departments and mining engineering contractors, and complies with global coal mine safety testing standards. With low maintenance cost, durable optical components and easy calibration, it is a cost-effective long-term gas detection solution for all types of underground mining projects.
