Intrinsically Safe Explosion-Proof & Sturdy Mechanical Structure
CJG100 carries authoritative mining explosion-proof mark Exib I Mb, fully meeting intrinsically safe standards for underground flammable and explosive methane mixed gas environments. It will not produce sparks or ignition risks during normal operation, completely safe for use in high-gas mine roadways, working faces and goafs. The whole machine adopts solid shock-resistant metal shell, anti-collision and wear-resistant, adapting to frequent handheld carrying and bumpy transportation in mining sites. The overall dimension is 218×123×65mm with net weight only 1.8kg, suitable for long-time handheld patrol inspection without bringing extra fatigue to workers.
Stable Power Supply & Complete Standard Configuration
This methane detector is powered by two 1.5V R20S zinc-manganese dry batteries, with stable power output to support all-day underground continuous gas detection. Each finished product is delivered with a full set of standard supporting accessories for out-of-box use, including main detector body, wear-resistant leather protective cover, air balloon set, absorption tube assembly, spare light bulb, 1500mm long rubber sampling hose and matched batteries. The leather protective case effectively protects the host from collision, dust and moisture during storage and field carrying, greatly extending the service life of the optical measuring components.

Widely applied for routine high-concentration methane patrol detection in underground coal mine high-gas working faces, ventilation roadways, goafs and gas accumulation areas, CJG100 supports daily safety hidden danger screening, gas hazard assessment and mine ventilation parameter calibration.
