Frequently Asked Questions
It is designed for PPH (polypropylene homopolymer) and HDPE (high-density polyethylene). Both materials offer excellent chemical resistance and durability for septic tanks and storage tanks. Other thermoplastics may be possible with minor adjustments – please consult our sales team.
The standard machine can produce tanks up to 50,000 liters. For larger capacities, custom molds and extended winding mandrels are available upon request. Pipe diameter goes up to 3000 mm.
Tooling changeover typically takes 4–6 hours with two trained operators. Our design includes quick-clamp fixtures and pre-aligned molds to minimize downtime. We also provide a detailed changeover checklist.
Yes, we offer on-site installation supervision and operator training for up to one week (travel and accommodation at buyer’s expense). Remote video training is also available. Our technical team will guide you through first runs.
Standard warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts (heating bands, cutting blades) are not included. Extended warranty options can be negotiated.
While the machine primarily produces the tank body, we can supply optional fittings that are welded or threaded onto the tank after formation. Alternatively, you can incorporate pre-installed inserts during the winding process – please discuss with our engineers for your specific design.
Output depends on product dimensions and wall thickness. For typical septic tanks of 2000L capacity, you can expect 5–10 tanks per 8-hour shift. For 500mm diameter pipes with 10mm wall, approximately 20–30 meters per hour.
