Product functions:
1. Paint shielding: Through precise cutting, it can achieve perfect shielding of the flange sealing surface while forming an ideal paint edge, achieving a beautiful paint effect without contaminating the flange sealing surface. The protective tape edge is designed with a thick base material, which can resist sandblasting impact and is not easily damaged.
2. Sealing surface protection: Using adhesive design, it is both convenient for installation and has outdoor waterproof function, preventing air and water from contacting the flange sealing surface and avoiding rust or contamination. High-performance adhesive is selected, and the product can be used outdoors for at least 12 months, and there will be no residue after removing it, saving labor costs for cleaning residual glue. The sulfur, chlorine, and fluorine ion content in the adhesive is less than 50 ppm, suitable for flanges of various materials such as stainless steel, duplex steel, copper-nickel, etc. (Adhesive composition test and residual performance aging test reports are at the end).
3. Flange sealing: Using thick base material, the 24-hour peel strength exceeds 19N/inch, which can withstand outdoor harsh weather without falling off.
Product features and usage instructions:
1. Create the unique material tag no. scheme for protective stickers, which can cover all flange standards. It facilitates customers' purchase and usage.
1. Its working temperature range is relatively wide, ranging from -20℃ to 60℃.
3. Before applying this product, the flange needs to be cleaned to remove dust, grease, and other impurities.
4. It is recommended to apply this product after completing pipe welding and visual inspection in the workshop, and then remove it after going through sand blasting,spraying paint,storage,transportation,and finally before installing the pipe. The entire process does not require additional material loss or labor input.
5. For pipes and equipment that require internal coating treatment, ring type products can be first pasted for paint shielding. After the painting work is completed, circle type products can be used for flange protection and sealing.
6. For pipes and equipment that need galvanization and heat treatment, this product should be torn off during the above process. After the galvanization and heat treatment are completed, new protective stickers should be pasted.
7. This product supports customized customer logos.
8. This product supports custom processing with supplied drawings, and can customize any non-standard product below 1500mm in size.
9. The product has flame-retardant properties. It will extinguish itself after being separated from the fire.
