1. Product Overview
The 100L Dual-Tank Mobile CIP Cleaning System is a highly efficient and energy-saving solution for in-situ cleaning. Eliminating the hassle of traditional disassembly cleaning, it automatically completes the cleaning of dispensing tanks, pipelines, valves, and filling machines by combining physical flushing with chemical heat energy. It is widely used in the dairy, juice, beer, and biopharmaceutical industries.
2. Structural Design and Materials

Dual-Tank Structure: The system consists of two independent 100L tanks (alkali tank & hot water tank). The inner tank body adopts a 316 stainless steel double-wall structure, offering strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, while the outer layer features thermal insulation to minimize heat loss.

Mobile Design: The entire system is integrated onto a high-strength stainless steel mobile cart, equipped with universal casters (with brakes) and a push handle, allowing flexible movement throughout the workshop to service multiple fixed pieces of equipment.

Sanitary Connections: The inlet and outlet ports use internationally accepted sanitary quick-release fittings, ensuring fast, sealed, and reliable connections.
3. Thermal System and Performance

Heating System: Equipped with a 24KW high-power electric heating module, combined with a 2 m² sanitary plate heat exchanger, enabling rapid online heating of alkali solutions and water. The maximum working temperature can reach 90°C, effectively removing stubborn stains such as grease and proteins.

Power System: Powered by a sanitary centrifugal pump with a flow rate of 3m³/h and a head of 24m, providing sufficient turbulent velocity to ensure the cleaning solution covers all pipe surfaces.

Intelligent Control: The front operation panel integrates dual thermostats to independently control the heating temperature and circulation temperature; a digital timer allows for pre-setting the cleaning duration. It features phase-loss protection, pump overload protection, and low-liquid level alarm functions to ensure safe equipment operation.
4. Standard Cleaning Process
The system supports a four-step cleaning procedure:

Pre-rinse: Utilizes the recycled water from the hot water tank to recover residual materials.

Alkali Circulation: Heats the alkali solution to 75-85°C and circulates it within the system for 15-30 minutes for chemical decontamination.

Intermediate Rinse: Replaces the residual alkali with clean water until the pH is neutral.

Final Disinfection: Uses high-temperature hot water for final rinsing and disinfection.
