Cleaning fluid is circulated through the unit for heating before returning to the system. A stainless steel removable lid allows for periodic descaling of the heating elements. Hygienic tri-clamp fittings are utilized for all pipeline connections, eliminating contamination risks and mineral buildup commonly associated with threaded joints.

In a standard operating scenario involving 600L of cleaning fluid, the system elevates the temperature from ambient to the target 50°C in just 1.5 hours. This performance is driven by an optimized internal layout of high-efficiency electric heating tubes and enhanced hydraulic flow paths. Integrated high-sensitivity conductivity and temperature sensors provide real-time monitoring of fluid concentration, preventing cleaning inefficacy or equipment damage caused by improper dilution.
Materials
Constructed in strict compliance with sanitary standards, all wetted parts—including transport pipelines and the heating tank—are fabricated from SUS316L stainless steel, offering superior resistance to high-concentration acidic and alkaline detergents. For general utility lines, SUS304 stainless steel is employed to balance durability with cost-effectiveness. All welds are executed using argon arc welding to ensure smooth, crevice-free surfaces compliant with ISO standards.
