6-S Gravity Shaking Table (Shaker Table / Table Concentrator)

1. Product Overview

The 6-S Shaking Table is a widely used gravity concentration device for the separation of fine minerals. It separates materials based on the difference in specific gravity (density), particle size, and shape under the combined action of asymmetric reciprocating motion of the deck, transverse sloping water flow, and riffles (grooves) on the table surface. No chemical reagents are required, making it an environmentally friendly mineral processing solution.

It is extensively applied in the beneficiation of gold, silver, tungsten, tin, tantalum-niobium, chromite, zircon, lead, zinc, iron, manganese, etc., and can be used for roughing, cleaning, and scavenging operations.

2. Working Principle

Ore pulp is fed from the feed box onto the inclined table deck. Wash water flows transversely across the deck surface. Under the asymmetric back-and-forth motion generated by the head motion (eccentric linkage mechanism), heavy minerals settle into the riffles while light minerals remain on top and are swept away by the water flow. Particles stratify by density and are transported differentially along the deck, forming a fan-shaped zoning pattern. The final products — concentrate, middlings, and tailings — are discharged separately along different edges of the table.
