- What is the maximum COD concentration this plant can handle? The influent COD can range from 1,000 to 50,000 mg/L, depending on the design. For extremely high loads (e.g., >50,000 mg/L), we recommend a pretreatment stage—available as an add-on.
- Does the submersible pump require frequent replacement? No. Our submersible pump is built with wear-resistant materials and typically operates for 5–8 years with regular maintenance (lubrication and seal check).
- Can I use this plant for food processing wastewater with high oil and grease? Yes. An optional dissolved air flotation (DAF) pre-treatment is recommended to remove fats, oils, and grease before biological treatment. We can integrate it into the system.
