Chuangda DL2-hs production drill rig with horseshoe-mounted drill unit is designed for work in underground mining drifts with cross sections of 3.2x3.2 m -4x4 m. Capable drilling vertical and inclined fans or single and parallel 64-89 mm longholes up to 30 m in depth. With portable wired/wireless remote control, standard hands-free rod handling system and optional remote-control system, it enables continuous multi-shift operations, making it an intelligent choice for modern underground mining.
Features and benefits 1.Safety First Given the inherent risks associated with drilling operations, such as falling rocks, equipment rollover, and the safe loading and unloading of rock bolts, it is crucial to ensure the safety of operators. Chuangda addresses these concerns by equipping our product drilling rigs with canopy certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators.
Additionally, our machines are equipped with SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons, ensuring rapid response to any safety hazards. 2.Horseshoe Type Frame Boom Support The design of the horse type frame boom support ensures precise positioning and stable support of the feed, guaranteeing straighter holes and minimized deflection during drilling. This robust and stable support system provides a more stable drilling process. The articulated drill boom ensures smooth and precise angle positioning during drilling. The upgraded lifting and folding mechanisms allow for easy maneuvering in narrow tunnels
